Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer refunds using the original method of payment. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged and unused, with tags attached. The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Items discounted more than 15%
  • Made-to-order

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@oryacrystal.com and include your order number. Our team will respond back to you within 1-2 business days.

Our team must approve all returns before shipping them back to us. Please do not send your purchase back without approval. Non-approved returns will be shipped back to the customer and a shipping fee will incur.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All damaged items must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving the items.

Variations in color due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, or photography do not qualify as damaged items. 

Orders cannot be canceled upon submission. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
